Congratulations! This is a quick step-by-step guide to help you get moving on your bike!
We recommend that you use this guide in conjunction with the documents provided by the manufacturer as vary in assembly.
Step #1 – Packaging
Carefully remove the packaging
Step #2 – Check parts
Check the parts list and ensure that all parts have are there. On most occasions, your bike will be delivered to you almost completely assembled and only requiring you to add the finishing touches.
Step #3 – Place the bike
If you have a bike stand, place the bike on it. If you don’t have a stand handy, then you can use buckets or large boxes.
Step #4 – Handlebars
Take the handlebars which can usually be found dangling by the cables and install it with the allen key provided.
Step #5 – Front wheel
Find and remove the plastic spacer between the brake pads. Install the front wheel but make sure you check that the spacers on the front axel are in the right place. Also, check to make sure that your brake disc is aligned with the brake pads before you tighten the bolts securely.
Step #6 – Front fender
Install the front fender which usually consists of 3 allen bolts. Sometimes, bolts are already in place for you.
Step #7 – Foot pegs
Install your foot pegs with the Allen wrench provided
Step #8 – Rear Shock
To install your rear shock, just lift the back end of your bike and slide the shock into position. Insert the top bolt but do not tighten until you have aligned and inserted the lower bolt in place.
Step #9 – Double check
Make sure all bolts on your bike are inserted into position and tight
Step #10 – Inspection
Visually inspect your newly assembled bike and make sure everything is mounted properly, aligned and in position.
